We share tips with other agents & people buying. Some agents think by listing their properties everyday they will sell more - you have to be more interesting!

Twitter is a great tool for Estate Agency marketing. The feed for Farrell Heyworth, a North West Estate Agency, found at www.twitter.com/farrellheyworth, is ranked as the third most popular twitter site in the North West.

We are astonished at the popularity of Twitter. Since we signed up, we have managed to accumulate 193 followers (at the time of writing this!) and hope to get many more.
The only problem with an increasing number of followers is the astonishing amount of Twitters. You don't have time to read them all and sometimes miss a good useful entry.
There is an infinite amount of information on Twitter with some very helpful tips.
We hope our new free website will become more popular as a result.

We recently signed up to Twitter, and I think that it is a fantastic medium for communication about the property industry. It allows us to let our followers know when we have new information, links and properties available.
