UK based property portal and information website themovechannel.com have launched a new and improved investment property site.

themovechannel.com began in 1999 as an online resource for buying, selling and learning about property overseas and now says it receives 300,000 visits per month. It lists over 50,000 properties in around 90 countries from 500 partner organisations.

The launch of the dedicated investment property site offers a wide range of available properties alongside free advice about property investing.

It’s particularly timely, given that investors are likely to have concerns about investing in a depressed market.

The venture sees themovechannel.com partnering with Visium Group to offer free investment property advice and free 30 minute reviews.

Undoubtedly this adds value to themovechannel.com’s offerings, and many will see it as a practical solution to reassuring, and hopefully stimulating the market.
