November 25, 2008 by Emma Sorensen

propertyguru.com.sg in Singapore has launched a national outdoor advertising campaign. Buses and taxis splashed in red houses, prominent PropertyGuru logo and “The FASTEST way to FIND A HOME” strapline, will be seen across the Island starting this month.

The campaign supports propertyguru.com.sg’s newly revamped website, and has been created by Rocket X Media, who are familiar with the local property scene and already have many real estate accounts under their portfolio.

Designed to increase brand awareness among consumers, real estate agents and property developers, the campaign also aims to highlight the speed and convenience benefits of finding property online with propertyguru.com.sg.

“PropertyGuru has been embraced by house-hunters and property advertisers since its launch in 2007 and monthly users have grown from 28,000 to 220,000 in 2008 alone. This campaign will further enhance awareness, augment our positioning in the marketplace and reinforce our brand as THE place to find property and property information online” said Jani Rautiainen and Steve Melhuish, co-founders of propertyguru.com.sg.

According to the company, propertyguru.com.sg is Singapore’s leading consumer property, and its traffic has grown by over 400% this year. propertyguru.com.sg works with prominent Singapore and overseas real estate developers, agencies and 4,000 agents who are members, and currently provides access to 25,000 properties online.

The website also offers property alerts, monthly newsletters, expert mortgage advice, real estate market news, pricing trends, new property launches, condo directories, HDB guides, online consumer property questions and answers service and Asia’s first mobile agent listing service.
