History

New Homes was launched in 1998 following conversations with new home developers who were looking for consistent promotional support in a fragmented publishing industry.

The West Country paper was welcomed by developers and estate agents alike, establishing a reputation for going the extra mile and delivering worthwhile results. The second regional paper was launched in 1999, with the five further editions in quick succession.

The five regional editions now cover a large part of England and Wales and continue to offer the same successful mix of advertising and editorial to new home buyers.

The same philosophies that made the New Homes publications the success they have been, was applied to the newhomesforsale.co.uk website in 2001, supporting and promoting new home developments in the publishing regions.

Since then, the website continued to grow in terms of popularity with the new home developers and the intending house-buyers so much so that the next step was going national with the coverage and becoming a successful commercially based website.

The website has been revised with the final version being re-launched in March 2008, offering a very easy to use property portal delivering precise results instantaneously.
