globrix.com Scoops Negotiator Award

November 12, 2008 by Emma Sorensen

On Tuesday in London there were 18 trophies up for grabs at the inaugural ceremony for the Negotiator Awards.

Organised by the real estate industry magazine in association with primelocation.com and findaproperty.com, these awards celebrate entrepreneurialism, innovation and business acumen within the sector, and portals were included under the “Estate Agency Service Firm of the Year category”.

This category is open to any type of “service supplier” to the estate agency sector – so for example HIP providers, conveyancers, solicitors, search firms, technology providers, mortgage brokers. Finalists were:

  • Dezrez
  • Globrix
  • Hometrack
  • Movewithus
  • Simply Hip
  • Vebra
  • And the winner was revealed to be globrix.com, who wrote on the globrix.com blog:

“We can proudly say that Globrix is the ‘Estate Agency Service Firm of the Year’. We’re very proud of all we’ve achieved in our short ten months on the property scene :-)”

The awards were presented by Rory Bremner and you can see a list of all the winners at The Negotiator.
