Free Workshop – January 6, New York

There are still places available to our inaugral workshop. Property Portal Watch, in conjunction with the team at Inman News, are proud to announce the free Strategies for Tough Times workshop to be held on the 6th January in New York – the day before Inman Real Estate Connect conference.  The first 50 people to register will receive FREE passes to the Inman Real Estate Connec conference.

Whether we like it or not, today’s operating environment is getting tougher and it is important that all property portal sites have the right strategies in place to ride out the storm and hopefully improve their market position in the process. We have therefore decided to hold the first Property Portal Watch Workshop to address just this very issue.

On the 6th January, the day before the Inman Real Estate Connect conference in New York, we will hold a one day FREE workshop for the owners and operators of property portals around the world. In addition, we have secured a number of FREE passes to the Inman Real Estate Connect conference and these will be available for the first 50 people that register and attend our workshop. There are still passes available!

So what do we plan to cover?

Firstly this is a day of discussion rather than formal presentations. We have structured the day around 4 topics:

• Property Portal Strategy
• Sales and Marketing to Agents
• Consumer Marketing to drive Traffic
• Product Directions and Development

The objective is for you to set the agenda and for us to facilitate a discussion around that agenda. We are hopeful of having attendees from around the world and having run a smaller version of this a month ago, i believe that everyone will gain enormously from attending.

Of course there will be time at the end of the day for a few drinks and networking!

1. Register for Property Portal Watch Workshop and Enter Draw for Free Inman Tickets

These are just some of the 24 portals from 10 countries that have already registered for the workshop. The Property Portal Watch Workshop brings together the Senior Managers from property portals around the world to spend a full day discussing the key issues facing their businesses. 4. Property Portal Watch Workshop is on Again!

   Once again Property Portal Watch has teamed with the folks at Inman to bring you the second Property Portal Watch Workshop. This day long free session will be held on the 4th August in San Francisco - the day before the Inman Conference. This free workshop brings together the management teams of property portals from around the world to talk about the hottest issues facing property portals today. The first edition of the workshop was successfully held in New York in January this year. That session brought together 50 people from 13 countries representing 33 different portals. As one attendee said "the property portal workshop last monday was by far the best part of the [Inman] conference." Once again we have a limited number free tickets to the Inman Connect conference for those attending the Property Portal Watch Workshop....

5. Strategies for Tough Times Workshop

   The Property Portal Watch Workshop in New York is rapidly approaching. This workshop will help the owners and operators of property portals around the world share their experiences and gain useful insights into how they can improve their operations. We have had a strong response with over 40 attendees from 15 different countries.
