estately.com Expands Nationally

November 24, 2008 by Emma Sorensen

Seattle based estately.com has announced it is now expanding to service Greater Chicago and Long Island, New York.

Previously, the US property search engine only serviced the Washington, Oregon and California areas.

Bloodhound Blog reported that this doubles the number of listings estately.com has. And as futureofrealestatemarketing.com points out, it means the search engine is taking big steps to becoming much more than just a regional player.

The website now has over 300,000 listings, and has introduced some new functionality courtesy of cyberhomes, which allows users to see the entire sales history of any listed home.

estately.com was founded by Galen Ward and Doug Cole in 2006, and was named the Most Innovative Real Estate Web Service of 2008 by Inman News Service at its Real Estate Connect Conference earlier this year. It has received wide acclaim for its map based search function.
