You can also book hotels in popular Thai destinations from the site.

1Rai.com went live in October 2005. It was developed by 5Phase Asia Pacific Co., Ltd., a Thai-Australian software company, and is owned wholly independently of real estate agencies and property developers.

Covers all provinces of Thailand although at the time of publishing there were only properties listed in approximately one third of the provinces.

The advertising model is a subscription-based one with banner advertising available to real estate agencies, developers and property-related companies.
